The Mekong River is full of historic sites and spectacular unique Mekong River cruise would be complete without a visit to the ancient city of Angkor. If you continue your journey to Vietnam, be sure to take the time to Phnom Penh, capital of Cambodia to explore taking. I also visited the Genocide Museum Tuol slong and extermination camps. Although it is extremely worrying, give an excellent view of the horrors that the Cambodian people endured during the Khmer Rouge regime.
While entering his arrival in Vietnam, be sure to take the time to visit the famous Cu Chi tunnels for visiting. This vast underground network of tunnels stretching 200 miles and a base for the Vietcong army to the U.S. military to attack. The visit includes a tour of the tunnels, the examples of the nasal mantraps fatal and tunnels used to protect and even the opportunity to be part of the weapons used in the Vietnam War to shoot.
