Reason # 7: Culture
Mopeds zooming up and down busy streets beside me. My head darted back and forth. I'm looking left to right, in an attempt to find a gap in traffic. Traffic honking strong cyclists pedaling hard and food stand employees buzz around preparing for another restless night. Stop for a moment and several tuk-tuk drivers are there to welcome you and provide everything you could need. It is rush hour in Asia, are experienced by standing in the middle of it. No books, no video, no return home media will really show what it's like to be a part of another culture. "People travel to faraway places to watch, in fascination, the kind of people they ignore at home."

Reason # 6: Get perspective
Tired of waiting for the latest gadget want to go? How about somewhere without high-speed trains easily run around to wherever you want to go.
Try Thai time for a change. If the afternoon, all the time from eight in the morning a few hours after sunset. Here, the buses are never on time, but no one is stressed or eliminated by the. Bring a deck of cards, and enjoy your time waiting for dinner. Enjoy a good book and a nap while waiting indefinitely for a bus that you have picked up five minutes ago.
In Asia, you never know what will happen, so relax and live a stress free life as the locals. Relax and enjoy!

-Marcel Proust
Reason # 5: Eat and drink!
Ahhh, a world where food means more than a box Alphaghettis or dinner prepackaged microwave full of chemicals. Europe has fresh tasting ingredients in North America. In Asia they are still cooler. The country where I like more vegetables in my stir fry dinner.
How about pasta? Go to Florence and see how Italians really cook. Think Guinness beer tastes good back home, try again on tap at the Guinness factory in Dublin, Ireland. Or go back to the south and you get a fruit smoothie fresh, locally grown fruit!
Food and drink always tastes better in his country! Eat your triple A homecoming steak and beef, but skip the french baguettes in Paris, Pad Thai in Thailand and couscous in Morocco!
"Eat well, travel often."

Reason # 4: Adventure
Not enough of your weekend to the mountains to visit? Time to go further than the next town on the road? Then a trip around the world is the perfect thing for you! Take the night markets of Asia, trekking in Nepal, riding a camel at sunset in the Sahara desert, skiing in the Swiss Alps or take a boat to an island in Thailand. "The world is a book and those who do not travel read only a page."
-St. Augustine
Reason # 3: Opportunities and connection
As the most exciting opportunity of your life is to learn this new task at work that arises once a month, maybe time for a change.
If you're on the road, great opportunities arise almost daily. From that moment on everyday expenses great trip hanging out with people in their own village, meet someone new and exciting travel with a few days, the chance to see your favorite band live in a foreign country with a group of new friends, you never know what will happen on the road. The rest will work. Get your clothes cleaner locally instead of doing it yourself, and jump at this opportunity to rent a bike and explore a foreign land per cycle.
-Samuel Johnson
Reason # 2: No frowning faces
You do not jump on the same bus every morning from Monday to Friday and is surrounded by hundreds of frowning faces? Sadly, this is common in the Western world, but there is hope!
The world is not so. Here, smiles are contagious! You take their case "smile" before they have a chance to realize that you no longer frown.

Reason # 1 to your travel spend money: There is no routine, No Stress, No Worries
Wait, what's that? It's 11:30 on Monday morning and I'm still in bed. Something funny. I'm not sick. Oh yeah! That's life on vacation. No task every morning to attend, to insist on anything. No relationship with the theater and face. So turn that frown upside down and get out there and enjoy life as a backpacker, without stress!
Walking is much less expensive than most people think. Almost every backpacker destination is cheaper than at home, and this appears in your daily budget. The accommodation can be found for as low as a dollar per night. Food prices are also low. Transport is cheap and fun activities normally free $ 10.
A more comfortable budget costs about $ 25 per day, depending on where you are. By comparison, which means a tank of gas back home four days of the trip!
Still not convinced? Because it is a world also looks great on your CV!
You will meet lots of other like-minded Westerners while smiling and with an extraordinary time.
